When you visit our website we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you found our site, through cookies and analytics.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website traffic and measure our advertising. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools, without losing the ability to book.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to prepare quotes, order the correct glass for your vehicle, schedule and complete your service, contact you about your appointment, process insurance claims on your behalf, keep records, and improve our website and service. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies we need to run the business:
- Quo, our phone and text-messaging provider. Calls to our business line may be recorded and transcribed.
- Anthropic, an AI service that reads the VIN from a photo you send us and helps us set up your job from call summaries.
- Square, our payment processor.
- Our website and server hosts.
- Google, for website analytics and advertising.
- Your insurance company, when we are processing a claim for you.
These companies may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of them store it outside Canada, including in the United States and Europe. We otherwise share information only when the law requires it.

Our booking and website rely on third-party providers (including Google, Quo, Anthropic and Square) that operate under their own privacy policies.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, honour our workmanship warranty, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain reasonable business records.
