Is it really $0 with insurance?
If your comprehensive policy covers glass with no deductible (common in Nova Scotia), yes, $0. If you have a deductible, that's all you pay; we bill the rest to your insurer directly.

Can I keep driving with the crack?
Short trips, usually, but cracks spread with bumps, heat, and cold, and a spreading crack can turn a $69 repair into a full replacement. If it's in your line of sight or longer than a loonie, get it looked at now.

What if it rains on my appointment?
Glass adhesive needs dry conditions, so if the forecast turns we'll text you before your window to rework the plan: a covered spot or the next dry day. You'll never be left guessing.
How soon can I drive after?
The install takes about 60–90 minutes, then the urethane needs roughly 45–60 minutes of cure before it's safe to drive. We confirm your exact safe-drive-away time by text before we leave.
Do you come to my work?
Yes, home or work, anywhere in HRM. We just need a parking spot beside the vehicle. Most office jobs are done before your lunch break is over.
How do I pay?
E-transfer or card, due at completion. Insurance jobs are billed straight to your insurer. You only ever pay your deductible, if any.
What's ADAS calibration and do I need it?
If there's a camera behind your mirror (lane-assist, automatic braking), the manufacturer requires recalibration after a windshield replacement. Otherwise those safety systems can misread the road. We arrange certified recalibration for you and include it in your quote.
Should I repair or replace?
Repair first, replace only when necessary. A chip smaller than a loonie usually repairs in about 30 minutes and keeps your factory seal. Toonie-sized or bigger, in your line of sight, or 3+ chips: replacement is the safe call. Send a photo and we'll tell you straight either way.
How soon can you come?
Often next-day. Book online and pick a morning, noon, or afternoon window. The form only shows windows that are actually open, and we confirm the exact time by text.
Do I need to be there for the install?
Just at the start and the end. Hand us the keys, go back to work, and we'll text you when it's done and when it's safe to drive. Many customers never leave their desk.
Is aftermarket glass as good as OEM?
The glass we use meets the same DOT/AGSC safety standards as factory glass, and much of it comes off the same production lines. If you want OEM specifically, we'll quote it and lay out both so you can choose.
What does the lifetime workmanship warranty cover?
Leaks, wind noise, and workmanship defects, for as long as you own the vehicle. If our install ever gives you trouble, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Is there a travel fee?
Not for Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville, Cole Harbour or the rest of core HRM, where mobile service is part of the price. A few outlying addresses carry a small travel charge, and we tell you the exact amount by text before you confirm, never after.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, just text us. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. There is no deposit; you pay when the job is done.
What if I don’t know my VIN?
Skip it and type your year, make and model instead. The VIN is printed at the base of the windshield on the driver’s side and on the driver’s door sticker. A photo of either works too, and it gets you the exact price faster.
Do you work on fleet or company vehicles?
Yes. Vans, pickups, taxis and delivery vehicles, at your yard or wherever they are parked. Tell us about your fleet on the
fleet page and we’ll set up one invoice per month.
