These terms apply when you book or receive auto glass services from Mobile Auto Glass Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By booking with us, you agree to them.

1. Our Services

We provide mobile windshield replacement and repair, chip and crack repair, side and rear (back) glass replacement, and ADAS camera recalibration (performed by us or a trusted calibration partner), throughout Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and all of HRM.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Estimates given by phone, text, photo, or VIN are approximate. Because glass varies by trim and features (cameras, sensors, heating, heads-up display), we confirm the exact price once we have your VIN or a photo and identify the correct part. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Pricing and Payment

Your price includes the glass, labour, and materials; HST is additional. The $20 online discount applies to bookings made through our website. We accept cash, Interac e-Transfer, and cards. Payment is due on completion, before we leave the job site.

4. Booking, Scheduling and Access

We come to you. You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle, and an adult (18+) should be present or arrangements made in advance. Because our adhesive cures best in dry, above-freezing conditions, weather may affect scheduling. We are closed Sundays, and Saturdays are morning-only.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No deposit is required; payment is collected on completion.

6. Insurance Claims

If your repair is an insurance claim, we can bill your insurer directly. You are responsible for your deductible, if any. By providing your policy and claim details, you authorize us to process the claim on your behalf.

7. ADAS Calibration

Vehicles with a camera behind the windshield require recalibration after a windshield replacement so that safety systems (lane-keeping, automatic braking, adaptive cruise) work correctly. This may be performed by a calibration partner and appears as a separate line on your quote.

8. Safe Drive-Away Time

After a windshield replacement, the urethane adhesive needs time to cure before the vehicle is safe to drive. We will tell you the exact safe drive-away time for the adhesive we use before we leave.

9. Warranty

We back our installation with a lifetime workmanship warranty against leaks and defects in our work, for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty does not cover new damage, rock chips, stress cracks caused by impact, or issues arising from pre-existing rust or damage.

10. Property and Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, or wear. Any concern about our work should be reported within 7 days so we can inspect it.

11. Photos

We may take before-and-after photos for our records and, occasionally, promotion, without identifying you personally.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We may decline any job involving unsafe conditions, misrepresented work, or a vehicle we cannot safely service.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Nova Scotia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book is the version that applies.
